Accessibility Statement

Urgent Dental Care is committed to providing equal and accessible service to all patients, including people with disabilities. We work to make this website and our in-clinic service accessible in line with Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998, and the regulations enacted under it.

Website accessibility

This site is built and maintained with the intent of meeting Israeli Standard 5568, Level AA, which is based on the international WCAG 2.0 guidelines. Among other things, the site includes:

  • A "Skip to content" link allowing direct navigation past the menu to the main content.
  • Full keyboard navigation across links, buttons and form fields.
  • A hierarchical heading structure and semantic markup for correct reading by assistive technologies such as screen readers.
  • Alt text for meaningful images.
  • Deliberate color contrast between text and background, and support for browser text resizing without breaking the layout.

Despite our efforts to make every page accessible, some parts of the site may not be fully accessible yet — including older content, external files (such as PDFs), or third-party embeds (such as a Google map, YouTube videos, or social widgets) that are not fully within our control.

Clinic accessibility

Our clinic is located at Harav Kook 28/1, Beit Shemesh. To check the physical accessibility arrangements at the clinic (such as wheelchair access, accessible restrooms and accessible parking) and to arrange a visit that fits your needs, please contact us in advance by phone or WhatsApp before you arrive.
